Taylor | Glen Allen High School | Mechanicsville Senior Portraits

Meet Taylor!!! She’s a 2019 Senior from Glen Allen High School. So you’re asking why I’m calling this Mechanicsville senior portraits and that’s because for her senior portrait session we headed to Mechanicsville to Hollyfield Manor! Taylor wanted a more “country” feel for her images and Hollyfield Manor was the perfect place. There was a nice mix of greenery, a cute white washed porch, a swing, a silo, and even a little pond!

We started the session at the Amber Kay Seniors studio downtown Richmond with Kara Waggoner Beauty doing Taylor’s makeup and hair. We also decided on her outfits, got them all steamed, and planned out the order and locations for each outfit. The best senior portrait sessions include some good planning and some going with the flow!

Taylor’s first set of images were taken in the studio. She wanted some images showing her nursing scrubs since she is a nursing assistant!!!! You’ll find those images if you scroll to the very bottom.

Next we headed out to Hollyfield Manor for Taylor’s full senior portrait session. 3 outfits, a lot of smiles & smizes, some twirls and a lot of laughs later we ended with some gorgeous portraits!!! A few of my very favorites are below.
